All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the Compliance team in managing compliance records, documentation, and reporting activities. \nPrepare monthly compliance reports and support compliance cost model updates. \nConduct compliance audits, evidence reviews, and business control assessments; analyse findings and recommend corrective actions. \nDevelop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation. \nMonitor regulatory requirements and communicate compliance updates to relevant stakeholders. \nReview and interpret technical and contractual documentation, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, interconnection agreements, O&M agreements, permits, and regulatory filings. \nCollaborate with engineering and other internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. \nParticipate in weekly planning meetings and support continuous process improvement initiatives. \nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nExperience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, compliance reporting, or document management. \nExperience in the power, utility, transmission, or renewable energy industry is preferred. \nExperience reviewing engineering drawings and commercial agreements. \nExperience with data analysis, reporting, and compliance audits. \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION\nB.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience. \nREQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nAbility to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs). \nGood understanding of electrical substations, transmission systems, and power system fundamentals. \nAbility to understand Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other engineering, contractual, and regulatory documentation. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams. \nWorking knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and renewable energy projects is an advantage. \nPREFERRED SKILLS\nExperience working with U.S.-based clients or organizations. \nKnowledge of renewable energy regulations and industry best practices. \nADDITIONAL NOTES\nExperience in renewable energy, transmission, substations, or utility projects is preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3265,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cybersecurity","Financial Services","Banking"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T07:11:37Z"}],"liveness":{"score":10,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.366,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":62,"expected_fill_days":31,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail","crowd:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/radiangen-solar-compliance-support-administrator-reporting-administrator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/radiangen-solar-compliance-support-administrator-reporting-administrator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T17:18:57Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
