Description:

Under the direction of the supervisor of front desk/operations this position will help support the supervisor in all front desk operations, assist in donations and validate employee parking. This is a very busy environment, and we are seeking a candidate with great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task between phone calls, walk-ins and validating parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate all employee parking

  • Manage spreadsheet

  • Keep parking contracts on file and up to date

  • Assist with sorting/organizing and disbursing of donations

  • Assist with answering calls during busy times

  • Assist with greeting clients

  • Assist with special projects
