This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Lead Cloud Product Engineer, you will work at the intersection of product, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure, helping turn platform capabilities into simple, high-quality customer experiences.\nYou’ll work across APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, workflows, platform services, integrations, and user-facing product experiences, partnering closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, SRE, and customers.\nThis is a hands-on role focused on rapidly prototyping, validating, and shipping product capabilities that make Radiant’s cloud platform easier to use, integrate with, and operate.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and prototype product features, workflows, APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.\n\nWork closely with Product to turn customer needs into working technical solutions and product experiences.\n\nDevelop integrations across compute, storage, networking, identity, billing, and platform services.\n\nImprove developer experience, self-service, onboarding, and time-to-value.\n\nWork directly with customers and internal teams to identify friction and validate solutions.\n\nSupport product discovery with technical prototypes, demos, experiments, and proof-of-concepts.\n\nHelp define technical requirements, documentation, examples, and best practices.\n\nTake successful prototypes through to production-quality implementation where appropriate.\n\nQualifications:\nStrong software engineering experience, ideally in cloud platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure products, or SaaS.\n\nStrong experience with APIs, backend systems, and modern web technologies.\n\nGood understanding of:\nCloud infrastructure: compute, storage, networking, containers, Kubernetes\n\nDeveloper tooling: APIs, SDKs, CLIs, web consoles\n\nPlatform engineering: authentication, permissions, observability, automation\n\nComfortable working across the stack where needed, from backend services and integrations to lightweight frontend experiences.\n\nComfortable moving quickly from an ambiguous customer problem to a working prototype or production implementation.\n\nStrong communication skills and comfortable working directly with product teams and customers.\n\nWhat you bring:\nBuilder mindset: You prefer proving ideas with working software.\n\nProduct sense: You care about usability and customer outcomes, not just technical correctness.\n\nTechnical breadth: You can work across APIs, platform services, infrastructure, and user-facing experiences.\n\nCustomer empathy: You understand where developers and operators experience friction.\n\nSpeed and ownership: You can take an idea from discovery through prototype, delivery, and iteration.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
