Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.\nThe ERP Solutions Engineer, Finance designs, configures, integrates, and supports the finance modules of the company’s ERP platform. This role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and Tax to translate business requirements into scalable, well-controlled system solutions that support accurate financial close, reporting, and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design and Configuration\nGather and document requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical designs\n\nConfigure and maintain ERP finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Procurement\n\nMaintain the chart of accounts, ledgers, currencies, tax settings, approval workflows, and period-close configurations\n\nIntegration and Development\nDesign and support integrations between the ERP and surrounding systems (banking, payroll, expense management, CRM, billing, data warehouse) using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools\n\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and custom extensions using the platform’s native tools and SQL\n\nSupport data migration, conversion, and reconciliation during implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions\n\nOperations and Support\nServe as Tier 2/3 support for finance users, resolving incidents and root-causing system issues\n\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including period-open/close and batch job monitoring\n\nManage release cycles, patches, and upgrades, including regression and user acceptance testing\n\nControls and Compliance\nImplement and maintain system controls supporting SOX, internal audit, and segregation-of-duties requirements\n\nMaintain change management documentation, test evidence, and access reviews\n\nSupport internal and external audit requests related to system configuration and controls\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles\n\nCreate and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n3-5+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP finance modules (e.g., Oracle Fusion/EBS, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite)\n\nSolid understanding of core accounting principles and financial close processes\n\nProficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools\n\nExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, flat-file interfaces, middleware)\n\nFamiliarity with change management, testing methodologies, and SDLC\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or migration projects\n\nKnowledge of SOX and IT general controls\n\nExperience with integration platforms or scripting\n\nExposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CPA, vendor ERP certification, PMP)\n\nExperience in government contracting or regulated industries, if applicable\n\nCompetencies\nBusiness-minded technologist who can speak both “finance” and “IT”\n\nDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and controls\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities during close and project deadlines\n\nCollaborative, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users\n\nBenefits and Perks\nStock: Substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.\n\nMedical: 100% up to base silver level plan for employee + 50% dependents, offers up to Platinum plans.\n\nOne Medical: Sponsored memberships for employees and their dependents.\n\nVision: 100% top tier plan coverage + 50% for dependents.\n\nDental: 100% top tier plan coverage, orthodontia extra, 50% for dependents.\n\nVoluntary life, accident, hospital, critical illness, commuter and FSA/HSA are offered as employee contributed benefits.\n\n8-weeks of paid parental leave for all parents.
