Founded in 2020, Radiant is under contract to deliver power to the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force and has signed pre-order agreements with Equinix, with deployments beginning in 2028.\nAbout the Role\nRadiant is seeking a Program Development Lead to write, own and maintain the programmatic requirements that DOE and other regulatory entities require for our operations, including conduct of operations and physical and cyber security. You will bring together inputs from Security, Quality, Production People Ops, and more and turn them into coherent, maintained programs. You will also drive the regulatory, site, factory and headquarters integration that depends on it. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented across a large set of interdependent documents and comfortable building structure in a company that is still growing and learning.\nResponsibilities & Duties:\nProgram Development: Write or facilitate the programmatic documents required by DOE and other regulatory entities, including conduct of operations, maintenance, personnel reliability, etc.\n\nProgram Ownership: Own and maintain the full set of program documents, keeping them current as requirements and operations change.\n\nRegulatory Support: Provide programmatic content for regulatory submissions in coordination with the Regulatory team.\n\nSite Integration: Work with the Site Lead to make sure site operations meet programmatic requirements.\n\nFactory Integration: Work with the factory team to implement programmatic requirements in production.\n\nHQ Integration: Work with subject matter experts at headquarters to integrate program requirements into company processes.\n\nDocument Control: Keep consistency across tens of interdependent documents and manage changes between them.\n\nDeliverables:\nA complete, current set of regulatory compliant program documents.\n\nProgrammatic content that supports regulatory submissions.\n\nDocumented site, factory and HQ integration of programmatic requirements.\n\nA maintenance process that keeps programs current as the company grows.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, nuclear engineering or a related field.\n\n10+ years of experience writing or maintaining programmatic requirements in nuclear, DOE or other regulated environments.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage many interdependent documents.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfort working across functions and in a growing, changing organization.\n\nDesired Qualifications & Skills:\nExperience with DOE authorization pathways.\n\nExperience developing programs for a new or early-stage facility or organization.\n\nFamiliarity with quality assurance and training and qualification programs.\n\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.\n\nMust be willing to travel up to 20% of total weeks in the year; most travel will be consolidated around reactor delivery and testing\n\nMust work onsite at El Segundo HQ whenever not traveling.\n\nBenefits and Perks\nStock: Substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.\n\nMedical: 100% up to base silver level plan for employee + 50% dependents, offers up to Platinum plans.\n\nOne Medical: Sponsored memberships for employees and their dependents.\n\nVision: 100% top tier plan coverage + 50% for dependents.\n\nDental: 100% top tier plan coverage, orthodontia extra, 50% for dependents.\n\nVoluntary life, accident, hospital, critical illness, commuter and FSA/HSA are offered as employee contributed benefits.\n\n8-weeks of paid parental leave for all parents.
