Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.\nWe are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure - from powered land, to compute, to software.\nAs we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one - who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.\nThis is a client-side role supporting our Delivery Manager across data centre construction projects, with exposure to executive stakeholders, EPCs, contractors, cost consultants, equipment OEMs, and the teams receiving each completed site.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou'll own governance and reporting across Radiant's live construction projects, for all RIBA stages, supporting multiple sites across regions from our London base. You'll work directly with the Delivery Manager, running the project controls and taking ownership of building new ones where gaps appear.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgramme and Governance\nOwn the governance cadence - agendas, pre-reads, minutes, action logs and decision registers - and chase overdue items without waiting to be asked.\n\nTrack programme milestones, stage gate criteria and critical path dependencies across multiple sites, flagging slippage early.\n\nMaintain risk and issue logs, making sure every item has an owner, a mitigation and a date.\n\nProcurement and Contractors\nTrack long-lead items against programme dates and escalate risk to energisation early.\n\nBe the day-to-day interface with contractors and consultants: progress meetings, RFIs, submittals and change requests.\n\nCost\nKeep a close eye on monthly costs against budget, tracking forecasts and change across each site.\n\nReview interim payment valuations submitted by the Project Manager and cost consultant ahead of our approval, checking them against progress, programme and budget, and raising queries early.\n\nReporting and Information\nProduce clear regular reporting for senior stakeholders.\n\nKeep project documents, drawings and correspondence organised and easy to find.\n\nBuild the playbook\nHelp define Radiant's project controls templates, reporting standards and lessons-learned routines from scratch.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nAttitude matters more to us here than number of years of experience.\n\nExperience in construction projects, on the contractor, consultant or developer side.\n\nA working understanding of the design and construction lifecycle (RIBA Stages 2-6 or equivalent).\n\nComfort with numbers - budgets, forecasts and payment valuations - and the confidence to question them.\n\nComfort building routines and templates from experience rather than inheriting mature ones.\n\nWe're hiring for the instinct to spot problems early and follow them through, not years of managing a project office.\n\nClear writing and confidence chasing contractors, consultants and suppliers.\n\nWillingness to travel to sites across Europe at short notice as projects demand; this is not a purely desk-based role.\n\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):\nData centre or other mission-critical infrastructure experience.\n\nFamiliarity with scheduling and document control tools.\n\nAPM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent.\n\nQualities we look for:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up.\n\nInspire the change: There's no blueprint for the future.
