This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior Developer Relations lead, you will help developers discover, understand, adopt, and get value from Radiant’s cloud platform.\nYou’ll work across developer education, technical content, community, product feedback, demos, reference implementations, and ecosystem engagement, partnering closely with product, engineering, solutions, marketing, and customers.\nThis is a technical, hands-on role focused on building trust with developers, improving adoption, and creating a strong feedback loop between the market and the product.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn Radiant’s developer relations strategy and execution across content, community, events, and product adoption.\n\nCreate high-quality technical content, including tutorials, guides, reference architectures, demos, sample applications, and best practices.\n\nBuild and maintain reference implementations, code samples, SDK examples, and developer resources.\n\nEngage directly with developers, customers, and technical communities to understand pain points and improve the product experience.\n\nRepresent Radiant at technical events, meetups, conferences, workshops, and online communities.\n\nPartner with product and engineering to turn developer feedback into clear product insights and priorities.\n\nHelp improve documentation, onboarding, developer experience, and time-to-first-workload.\n\nSupport launches by creating the technical narrative, demos, and educational materials developers need to adopt new capabilities.\n\nTrack engagement, adoption, developer sentiment, and the effectiveness of DevRel programs.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, product engineering, or a similar technical role.\n\nStrong technical background and comfortable building real examples using APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, and modern developer tooling.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.\n\nComfortable with technologies such as LLM inference, training, python, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms.\n\nExperience creating technical content, demos, workshops, or open-source examples.\n\nComfortable engaging directly with developers and technical communities.\n\nAble to balance education, community building, product feedback, and adoption.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership.\n\nWhat you bring:\nTechnical credibility: You can build, test, and explain the product yourself.\n\nDeveloper empathy: You understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and struggle with platforms.\n\nCommunication: You can make complex infrastructure understandable and engaging.\n\nCommunity mindset: You build long-term relationships rather than just driving short-term promotion.\n\nProduct instinct: You turn developer feedback into useful insights for product and engineering.\n\nOwnership: You can take an idea from content or event concept through execution, measurement, and iteration.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
