This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Field Product Engineer, you will work directly with customers to help them adopt, integrate, and get value from Radiant’s cloud platform.\nYou’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, solutions, and the customer, working hands-on across APIs, infrastructure, integrations, developer tooling, and production workloads.\nThis is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on solving real problems in the field, accelerating deployments, and feeding product insight directly back into the platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork directly with customers on technical discovery, onboarding, integration, and deployment.\n\nBuild prototypes, integrations, tooling, and reference implementations to unblock customer use cases.\n\nTranslate customer requirements and field feedback into clear product and engineering priorities.\n\nSupport complex workloads across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, identity, and platform services.\n\nInvestigate and resolve technical friction across APIs, SDKs, automation, and infrastructure.\n\nPartner with product and engineering on product gaps, usability issues, and new platform capabilities.\n\nCreate reusable solutions, documentation, examples, and best practices from customer engagements.\n\nSupport proofs of concept, technical evaluations, and early deployments.\n\nHelp ensure successful customer outcomes while avoiding one-off solutions that do not scale.\n\nQualifications:\nStrong software or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally in cloud, platform engineering, developer tooling, or distributed systems.\n\nComfortable working directly with technical customers in high-trust environments.\n\nStrong understanding of:\nCloud infrastructure: compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, containers\n\nDeveloper tooling: APIs, SDKs, CLIs, automation\n\nPlatform engineering: provisioning, IAM, observability, reliability\n\nDistributed systems: failure handling, retries, queues, scaling\n\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure layers.\n\nComfortable moving from an ambiguous customer problem to a working technical solution quickly.\n\nAble to identify what should become product, what should remain integration work, and what should not be built.\n\nStrong communication skills and able to work effectively across customers, product, and engineering.\n\nWhat you bring:\nCustomer empathy: You understand what customers are trying to achieve, not just what they ask for.\n\nBuilder mindset: You solve problems with working software.\n\nProduct instinct: You turn recurring field problems into scalable product improvements.\n\nTechnical breadth: You can move comfortably across APIs, infrastructure, and application workflows.\n\nPragmatism: You know when to prototype, when to productionise, and when not to build.\n\nOwnership: You stay close to the problem from discovery through deployment and adoption.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
