This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Infrastructure, you will own the roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery of the core infrastructure that underpins Radiant’s platform.\nYou’ll work closely with platform engineering, software engineering, networking, SRE, security, and infrastructure teams across Kubernetes, networking, storage, and shared platform services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and delivery for Radiant’s core platform infrastructure.\n\nWork with engineering teams to understand requirements across Kubernetes, networking, storage, compute, and shared infrastructure services.\n\nTranslate technical needs into clear initiatives, stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.\n\nManage work across new platform capabilities, upgrades, configuration changes, reliability improvements, technical debt, and security requirements.\n\nCoordinate infrastructure lifecycle work including Kubernetes upgrades, network and SDN changes, storage platforms, load balancing, DNS, ingress, and shared platform services.\n\nIdentify cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and infrastructure constraints that could impact product development.\n\nEnsure infrastructure changes are planned with appropriate consideration for testing, migration, compatibility, rollback, resilience, and operational impact.\n\nPartner with engineering to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience in a technical product, platform product, infrastructure, or technical programme management role.\n\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.\n\nGood understanding of infrastructure domains including:\nNetworking: SDN, routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls\n\nStorage: persistent storage, distributed storage, resilience, encryption\n\nCompute: clusters, nodes, capacity, scheduling, scaling\n\nInfrastructure-as-code and configuration management\n\nFamiliarity with tools and technologies such as Terraform, Helm, Argo CD/Flux, Cilium/Calico, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.\n\nAble to participate credibly in technical discussions and understand architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs without being the primary implementer.\n\nStrong backlog management, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfortable balancing feature enablement, platform reliability, upgrades, technical debt, and operational risk.\n\nWhat you bring:\nInfrastructure fluency: Understand how compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and platform services fit together.\n\nTechnical product management: Turn engineering needs into structured, prioritised work.\n\nSystems thinking: Understand dependencies and downstream impact across the platform.\n\nPrioritisation: Balance product delivery with reliability, maintenance, security, and technical debt.\n\nOwnership: Drive infrastructure initiatives from requirements through delivery and rollout.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
