This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager - MLOps, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s machine learning platform and suite of AI/ML cloud services.\nYou’ll work across GPU compute, training, inference, orchestration, model lifecycle, developer tooling, observability, and platform integrations, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, security, commercial teams, and customers.\nThis is a highly technical product role focused on making it easier for customers to build, train, deploy, and operate ML workloads on Radiant’s neocloud platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s MLOps and ML platform services.\n\nDefine products across the ML lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, model management, deployment, inference, and monitoring.\n\nTranslate customer needs into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.\n\nPartner with engineering on GPU orchestration, Kubernetes, scheduling, storage, networking, and platform services.\n\nWork with ML engineers, researchers, and platform teams to improve developer experience, automation, and self-service.\n\nDrive prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.\n\nDefine success metrics across performance, utilisation, reliability, adoption, and developer productivity.\n\nEvaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across the MLOps and AI infrastructure ecosystem.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience owning technical products, cloud platforms, MLOps products, developer platforms, or AI infrastructure.\n\nStrong understanding of ML engineering and model lifecycle workflows.\n\nStrong technical fluency across:\nML infrastructure: GPU compute, distributed training, inference, model serving\n\nOrchestration: Kubernetes, containers, schedulers, distributed workloads\n\nML platforms: experiment tracking, model registries, pipelines, lifecycle management\n\nDeveloper experience: APIs, SDKs, CLIs, notebooks\n\nInfrastructure: storage, networking, IAM, observability, infrastructure-as-code\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Langchain, Hugging Face, vLLM, Triton, or similar.\n\nAble to balance performance, cost, usability, flexibility, and reliability.\n\nStrong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfortable taking ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery.\n\nWhat you bring:\nML platform thinking: Understand how compute, orchestration, training, deployment, and inference fit together.\n\nProduct thinking: Turn complex AI infrastructure into simple, usable products.\n\nTechnical fluency: Work credibly across GPUs, ML frameworks, distributed systems, storage, networking, and APIs.\n\nCustomer empathy: Understand the needs of ML engineers, researchers, and platform teams.\n\nOwnership: Drive products from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
