This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Observability, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s observability platform and customer-facing telemetry capabilities.\nYou’ll work across metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards, infrastructure telemetry, usage data, and operational insights, partnering closely with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, security, support, and customers.\nThis is a highly technical product role focused on making platform behaviour visible, diagnosable, measurable, and actionable for both customers and internal teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Radiant’s observability products and platform capabilities.\n\nDefine the customer and internal experience across metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and service health.\n\nProductise telemetry across compute, GPUs, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and platform services.\n\nTranslate customer and operational needs into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.\n\nPartner with engineering and SRE on instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, retention, alerting, and observability architecture.\n\nImprove troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident response through better visibility and diagnostics.\n\nDefine capabilities for customer-facing monitoring, usage visibility, performance insights, and service health.\n\nDrive integrations with APIs, SDKs, web console, support tooling, and platform services.\n\nDefine success metrics across coverage, reliability, time-to-diagnosis, alert quality, adoption, and platform performance.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience owning technical products, observability platforms, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or SRE tooling.\n\nStrong understanding of observability concepts and modern cloud infrastructure.\n\nStrong technical fluency across:\nTelemetry: metrics, logs, traces, events\n\nMonitoring: alerting, dashboards, SLOs, SLIs, service health\n\nInfrastructure: Data center, GPU, HPS (Weka, Vast, DDN), GPU Fabric, Kubernetes, containers\n\nData platforms: ingestion, aggregation, retention, querying\n\nAPIs & integrations: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, webhooks, APIs\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of cardinality, sampling, retention, cost, telemetry quality, and distributed system failure modes.\n\nAble to balance depth of visibility, usability, performance, and cost.\n\nStrong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat you bring:\nObservability mindset: You think beyond dashboards to how users understand system behaviour.\n\nProduct thinking: Turn raw telemetry into useful, actionable product experiences.\n\nTechnical fluency: Work credibly across infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems.\n\nCustomer empathy: Understand how developers and operators debug and operate production workloads.\n\nSystems thinking: Connect signals across compute, network, storage, applications, and platform services.\n\nOwnership: Drive observability capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
