This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.\nJob Summary:\nAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Security, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s security capabilities across the cloud platform.\nYou’ll work across identity, access control, secrets, network security, platform hardening, auditability, compliance controls, and customer-facing security features, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, networking, security, compliance, and customers.\nThis is a highly technical product role focused on making security embedded, scalable, automated, and easy to consume across the platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for security products and platform capabilities.\n\nDefine the product experience across IAM, RBAC, secrets, encryption, audit logging, network controls, and policy management.\n\nTranslate customer, regulatory, and internal security requirements into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.\n\nPartner with engineering and security teams on secure-by-design architecture, controls, automation, and platform hardening.\n\nDrive customer-facing capabilities for access control, security visibility, compliance evidence, and governance.\n\nImprove automation around policy enforcement, configuration, detection, remediation, and security posture.\n\nWork with commercial and customer-facing teams on enterprise security requirements and security reviews.\n\nDefine success metrics across control coverage, adoption, security posture, operational overhead, and customer trust.\n\nEvaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across the cloud security ecosystem.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience owning technical products, cloud security products, infrastructure platforms, IAM, or developer-facing security tooling.\n\nStrong understanding of modern cloud and infrastructure security.\n\nStrong technical fluency across:\nIdentity & access: IAM, RBAC, SSO, federation, service identities\n\nSecurity controls: encryption, secrets management, key management, policy enforcement\n\nInfrastructure: Kubernetes, containers, cloud networking, compute, storage\n\nSecurity operations: logging, audit trails, detection, vulnerability management\n\nAPIs & automation: policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, security integrations\n\nFamiliarity with technologies such as Vault, OPA, SPIFFE/SPIRE, Kubernetes security tooling, SIEM platforms, cloud KMS, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of multi-tenancy, least privilege, zero-trust principles, threat models, and shared-responsibility models.\n\nAble to balance security, usability, operational complexity, and customer experience.\n\nStrong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat you bring:\nSecurity mindset: Understand risk and controls without losing sight of product usability.\n\nProduct thinking: Turn security requirements into clear, scalable platform capabilities.\n\nTechnical fluency: Work credibly across identity, infrastructure, networking, APIs, and distributed systems.\n\nCustomer empathy: Understand the security expectations of enterprise and technical buyers.\n\nSystems thinking: Understand how controls interact across the full cloud platform.\n\nOwnership: Drive security capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.\n\nOur values:\nSet the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up\n\nInspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future.
