Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Radiant Systems, you will be the critical bridge between our clients' business needs and the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform. You will engage directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, translating these into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements.
This role involves close collaboration with our development, configuration, and support teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Salesforce CPQ, to deliver tangible business value and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and process flows from diverse client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ configurations and integrations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions are designed, built, and deployed effectively and efficiently.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, gather feedback, and manage defect resolution to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations and quality standards.
- Provide expert-level Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users, fostering adoption and maximizing the value derived from the platform.
- Conduct impact analyses for proposed changes, identifying potential risks and opportunities to inform decision-making for ongoing Salesforce enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and training materials, to support ongoing system maintenance and user proficiency.
Required Skillset :
- Proven expertise spanning 5 to 12 years in a Business Analyst role, with a significant focus on Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product setup, pricing rules, guided selling, and quote generation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex business problems and formulating practical, scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
- Experience in providing Salesforce support, managing user inquiries, and driving continuous improvement in user adoption and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability to remote or hybrid work models across multiple locations in India.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) are highly advantageous.
