Overview : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution processes and Application Management Services (AMS) support within the pharmaceutical industry.\n\nThe role will focus on production support, incident resolution, process optimization, and ensuring smooth SAP SD operations across business functions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide functional support for SAP SD processes in an AMS environment.\n\n- Handle incidents, service requests, and production issues related to SAP SD.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and provide effective functional solutions.\n\n- Support end-to-end SAP SD processes including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SD issues within defined SLAs.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.\n\n- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance.\n\n- Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.\n\n- Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of SAP SD enhancements.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.\n\n- Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP SD optimization.\n\n- Support integration of SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, and logistics.\n\n- Participate in incident reviews, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD.\n\n- Experience in SAP SD Application Management Services (AMS) / production support.\n\n- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.\n\n- Experience with sales orders, deliveries, shipping, billing, and pricing.\n\n- Strong incident management and troubleshooting experience.\n\n- Experience working within defined SLAs and support processes.\n\n- Good understanding of integration between SAP SD and MM/FI.\n\n- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Good communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical teams.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.\n\n- Exposure to pharmaceutical business processes and regulatory environments.\n\n- Experience with SAP SD enhancements, testing, and configuration.\n\n- Experience working with globally distributed teams.\n\n- ITIL or relevant SAP support certification is an
