The role will involve supporting and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution processes, with a strong focus on customer integration, EDI transactions, and automotive order management.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD processes across the automotive business.\n\n- Manage and optimize Scheduling Agreement processes, including delivery schedules and customer requirements.\n\n- Configure and support EDI integrations between SAP and customers, suppliers, and external systems.\n\n- Work on EDI message types, IDocs, partner profiles, and related integration processes.\n\n- Analyze and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, and EDI transactions.\n\n- Support automotive-specific sales and logistics processes.\n\n- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.\n\n- Participate in requirement gathering, process analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues across SAP and external systems.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and integrations.\n\n- Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP SD processes.\n\n- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, Logistics, and Finance.\n\nRequired Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD.\n\n- Proven experience with EDI and SAP IDoc processing.\n\n- Strong experience with Scheduling Agreements and delivery schedules.\n\n- Good understanding of SAP order-to-cash processes.\n\n- Experience in sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing.\n\n- Strong understanding of automotive industry business processes.\n\n- Experience working with automotive customers and OEM-related processes is preferred.\n\n- Good understanding of integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with automotive EDI standards and customer-specific requirements.\n\n- Knowledge of common automotive EDI messages and IDoc processing.\n\n- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.\n\n- Exposure to SAP MM, PP, and FI integration.\n\n- Experience in SAP
