patching, kernel upgrades, Support Packages, and system upgrades.\nHandle SAP transport management using TMS, CTS+, and ChaRM.\nTroubleshoot system performance, dumps, logs, and production issues.\nSupport SAP HANA database administration, backup/restore, and performance tuning.\nExecute SAP system copies, client copies, and system refreshes.\nSupport SAP security, authorization troubleshooting, RFC security, and TLS/SSL certificates.\nManage L2/L3 production incidents, root-cause analysis, and high-priority issues.\nSupport SAP BTP connectivity, Cloud Connector, and middleware integrations.\nPrepare technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, functional, and project teams in an Agile environment.\n\nRequired Skills\n14+ years of SAP BASIS experience.\nStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.\nExperience with BW/4HANA, SAP PO/PI, Gateway, and Solution Manager.\nSAP system upgrades, patching, and performance troubleshooting.\nTMS, CTS+, ChaRM, system copies, and refreshes.\nSAP HANA administration and database performance tuning.\nSAP security and authorization support.\nProduction incident management and root-cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.\nWillingness to participate in on-call support rotations as
