You know how to listen and relay empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives.\n\nYou have a combination of training and experience. A Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred, but we know not everyone gains their skills this way. You have the knowledge and understanding of software development best practices. You are passionate about learning new technologies and exploring innovative solutions.\n\nYou have demonstrated experience working with JavaScript and React, with at least a familiarity with TypeScript.\n\nYou strive for quality and can execute on testing and quality and engineering practices.
