You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with employees from all departments. This is a paid opportunity.\nSpecific responsibilities include:\nAssist in culture building programs by helping to execute strategies, events, evaluations and communication.\nRespond to employee and intern requests with responsive follow-up and appropriate escalation. \nSupport the execution of the summer internship program and engagement activities\nCreate content for the Radio Flyer employment brand social media outreach through management of Radio Flyer's social media pages related to jobs/careers\nConduct research needed for the HR department including recruiting, policies, learning and development, benefits, compensation, etc.\nProvide day-to-day support across all Human Resource programs and compliance initiatives\nOther tasks and projects, as assigned\nQualifications:\nThe ideal candidate will be in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field with a 3.0+ grade point average.
