including the numbers behind our success!\nWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team.\nIf you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things accurate and being part of a dynamic hospitality environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!\n What You'll Be Doing\nRegister, verify and process supplier invoices accurately and on time using our accounting system, Scala.\n\nCheck invoices against purchase orders, contracts and supporting documents, ensuring correct amounts, VAT and approvals.\n\nProcess stock invoices, expense reports, commission invoices and service-related invoices.\n\nReconcile supplier accounts, advance payments and inventory-related transactions.\n\nMonitor electronic invoices through the E-invoice system (Edicom) and ensure proper documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate supplier records, payment details and contract information.\n\nEnsure correct cost allocation between Radisson Blu and Park Inn.\n\nWork closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support timely payments.\n\nAssist with month-end closing activities, financial reporting and audit documentation.\n\n What We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in accounting, Accounts Payable or a similar finance-related role.\n\nGood understanding of basic accounting principles and invoice processing.\n\nGood Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.\n\nExperience with Scala, Materials Control (MC) or similar accounting systems is an advantage.\n\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage deadlines and prioritize daily tasks.\n\nGood communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.\n\nGood command of English.\n\nStudies in Accounting, Finance or Economics are an advantage.\n\n At Radisson Hotel Group, you'll become part of an international hospitality team where collaboration, professional development and new opportunities are part of our everyday culture.\nReady to make every detail count?\nJoin our Finance team at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest & Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest and take the next step in your career!\nApply now -
