Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\nOBJECTIVE:\nTo support the Asset Management team in conducting market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and managing analytical and administrative tasks within the department.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects, including financial projections for properties across Europe.\nReview investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations to assess project profitability.\nConduct market research and compile business intelligence for various regional markets.\nAssist in the preparation of project approval documents and respond to various information requests.\nSupport corporate asset management tasks, including portfolio reporting and ad-hoc performance analysis.\nProvide assistance on special strategic projects and initiatives, such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.\nMaintain and update databases, responding to related requests and inquiries.\nPrepare presentations and materials for building owner meetings, conferences, and internal committees.\nStart date: January, 2027\nDuration: 6 months\nEligible to work in Belgium.\nEligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.\nStrong analytical ability and mathematical skills.\nProficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modelling.\nProficiency in English and excellent writing skills.\nUnderstanding and working knowledge of financial concepts and statements.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.\nUnderstanding of and ability to apply principles of corporate finance.\nWhy Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
