We are looking for an Assistant Business Controller to join our hotel team and support the Business Controller in a dynamic hospitality environment.\nIn this role, you will support the Business Controller and hotel management with day-to-day financial control, reporting and analysis. You will also be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing. In addition, you will assist with month-end closing, financial reporting and audit-related activities, while helping to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Hospitality experience is a plus.\nHBO/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.\nStrong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.\nAccurate, organised and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operational teams.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.
