Assistant Financial Controller

Radisson Blu is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to support the Finance function within a 5-star luxury resort environment, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.)
- Support internal controls, stock counts, audits, and brand compliance
- Assist with treasury, AR/AP, payroll oversight, and cost control processes
- Act in the Financial Controller’s role when required

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- ZICA Licentiate/CA or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Must be a Registered Member of ZICA (in good standing)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Financial Controller or similar role within a hotel / resort environment
- Proven hands-on experience with hospitality finance systems, including:
- Oracle MICROS Simphony
- OPERA PMS
- Materials Control
- Sage Accounting
- Sage Payroll systems
