As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's financial resources, ensuring efficient cost management across all departments.\nDevelop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor expenses and identify areas for improvement\nAnalyze financial data, prepare detailed cost reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making\nConduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels\nMonitor and report on budget variances, recommending corrective actions when necessary\nCollaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets\nEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements\nAssist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation\nParticipate in forecasting and long-term financial planning processes\nConduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or investments\nProvide training and guidance to staff on cost control procedures and best practices\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with extensive experience)\nProven minimum 1 year experience in cost control, financial management, or a similar role\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel\nExperience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Opera)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy\nOutstanding organizational and time management abilities\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
