We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in positioning a new hotel in the market. You will lead the hotel's sales strategy, develop key accounts and partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue across corporate, leisure, groups and Meetings & Events segments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with overall commercial objectives.\nLead, motivate and develop the Sales team to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities across key market segments.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, DMCs, government entities and other key business partners.\nManage key accounts and conduct regular sales calls, client visits and market activities.\nWork closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise business opportunities and hotel performance.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly.\nRepresent Radisson Hotel Fujairah at industry events, networking opportunities, trade shows and sales activities.\nPlay an active role in establishing the hotel's commercial presence and account base during the pre-opening phase.\n Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably as a Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key business segments.\nA well-established network of corporate, travel trade and industry contacts is an advantage.\nStrong business development, negotiation and account management skills.\nCommercially driven with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.\nConfident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.\nExcellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical skills with a good understanding of hotel revenue and market performance.\nFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.\nUAE and pre-opening hotel experience are highly desirable.\n Join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah, the newest addition to the Radisson family and an exciting new destination in the heart of the emirate.
