- Maintain proper operating conditions and ensure equipment is functioning safely.
- Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, repairs, and incidents in the engineering logbook.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance concerns and guest requests.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair engineering equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
