This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to strategic projects, and the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nRevenue Strategy Days event:\nEvery year, we organize our RSD convention, which brings together all the members of our Commercial team\nAssist in the overall organization including but not limited to accommodation, conference facilities, evening venues and coordination with a local agency\nParticipant and Speaker Management: Assist in managing communications with conference participants and speakers, including sending invitations, coordinating travel arrangements, and responding to queries\nWebsite, App and Promotion Support: Contribute to the promotion of the event by helping prepare marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns to attract attendees, speakers and sponsors\nVenue and Supplier Coordination: Work with local suppliers, venues, and service providers in Riga to manage bookings, and coordinate logistics, ensuring all arrangements align with event requirements\nCollaboration with Team Members: Work closely with the event organization team, providing regular updates, attending planning meetings, and supporting other team members to ensure all tasks are on track\nCommunication & Brand Building\nContribute to internal and external communication initiatives\nDevelop and engage our LinkedIn community, creating relevant and high-impact content to strengthen visibility and employer branding\nDesign and implement communication plans to promote key company events and initiatives\nCreate communication materials and visual assets (presentations, newsletters, videos, event, etc.) to support projects and events\nEvent Planning\nAssist in organizing key corporate events, such as The Club Summer Camp, internal office gatherings, and team-building activities\nCoordinate logistics and communication before, during, and after events, ensuring smooth execution and memorable participant experiences\nSupport post-event evaluation, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement\nWHAT YOU’LL GAIN\nExposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic initiatives\nOpportunity to shape the communication strategy of a fast-scaling business unit\nA high level of responsibility from day one, with strong mentorship and guidance\nAn international work environment where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration are celebrated\nBy joining the commercial transformation team, you will be part of an incredibly international, diverse team with lots of passion for their work and a common goal: getting results.\nDuration: 6 months\nStart date: December 14th\nYou must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship (Traineeship Agreement required), preferably in Project Management, Business or Hospitality or Economics with good academic results\nYou have project coordination skills: able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, follow checklists, and escalate risks early\nYou have the ability to transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials\nYou are fluent in English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus\nYou are a team player and a good communicator.
