The Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is located in the international business district of Schiphol-Rijk named RichPort, just minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. • Nomad Restaurant is open daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM and takes guests on a culinary journey around the globe. From spicy sesame spareribs to vegetarian curries, from the classic Nomad Burger to harissa salmon with bulgur - every dish is inspired by international cuisine. The menu includes vegetarian options, bold world flavors, and perfectly paired drinks.

• Haven Restaurant

  A stylish breakfast venue open daily from 06:30 to 10:30/11:00 AM, serving an extensive international buffet. This restaurant is also open for lunch or dinner for Meeting & Events.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our F&B team. Are you seeking a diverse role in an international hotel where guest experience is key? Then keep reading!

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are the driving force on the floor. You provide daily operational leadership to a team of 2 to 10 colleagues, ensuring smooth service across our various outlets. You are hands-on, participate actively in service, and act as the go-to person during your shift.

Your key responsibilities:

Guest Service & Experience

• Warmly welcoming and advising guests on menu and drinks;
• Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen;
• Serving food and beverages in a professional and presentable way;
• Proactively responding to guest needs and encouraging upselling;
• Ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are maintained.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Training, mentoring, and motivating team members;
• Optimizing shift planning and identifying staffing issues together with the F&B Operations Manager;
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.

Operational Duties

• Handling payments and using the POS system correctly;
• Resolving and reporting any discrepancies;
• Contributing to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Events & Banqueting

• Coordinating event setups and ensuring facilities are guest-ready;
• Functionally managing staff during events;
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments.

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
• Hands-on attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
