You also have:\nVery good command of English; a second foreign language at conversational level is a plus.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nA natural guest-oriented and service-driven attitude.\nThe ability to coach, motivate and develop others.\nConfidence in handling challenging situations and finding solutions.\nStrong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood PC skills and experience with PMS / Front Office systems.\nAttention to detail, accountability and a proactive approach.\nFlexibility to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts when operationally required.\n \"The Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest is one of our designer hotel in the Bucharest city center.
