Your role is instrumental in ensuring seamless and top-notch service, where attention to detail meets a passion for enhancing the guest experience.\nCoordinate bookings and event details from initial confirmation through completion for rooming list, group cover sheets & function sheets\nMaintain accurate records and booking information.\nCollaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.\nSupport and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the meetings & events department taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.\nDevelops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the meetings & events department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company. \nCollaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels are attained\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promoting the company culture and values\nEnsures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.\n\n Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
