Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\n Carry out general handyman, repair, painting, and maintenance works throughout the hotel.\nPerform painting and touch-up works in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house areas.\nPrepare surfaces by sanding, filling, scraping, patching, and cleaning before painting.\nCarry out minor carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and general repair works as required.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders within the required timeframe.\nInspect walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures, furniture, and other areas for damage and defects.\nSupport the Engineering team with preventive maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation projects.\nEnsure all painting and repair work meets the hotel’s quality, appearance, and brand standards.\nProtect furniture, flooring, fixtures, and guest areas while carrying out maintenance or painting works.\nMaintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.\nFollow all hotel health, safety, fire, environmental, and chemical-handling procedures.\nReport major defects, safety hazards, equipment issues, and additional maintenance requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.\nDemonstrate the “Yes I Can!” attitude by providing friendly, responsive, and solution-focused service to guests and team members.\n Previous experience as a Handyman, Painter, Maintenance Technician, or similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.\nStrong practical knowledge of painting, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.\nGood knowledge of general building maintenance and minor repair works.\nPractical skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and other handyman tasks.\nAbility to carry out high-quality painting and touch-up works with attention to detail.\nKnowledge of different types of paints, primers, coatings, and appropriate application methods.\nAbility to identify maintenance defects and carry out suitable repairs.\nGood understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.\nAbility to safely handle and store paints, chemicals, tools, and equipment.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.\nAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a multicultural Engineering team.\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and after-hours when required.\nStrong commitment to the “Yes I Can!” service philosophy and maintaining the high standards expected in a 5-star hotel.\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
