Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\n Ensure the smooth running of the housekeeping department, where all aspects of the guest experience and cleanliness are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.\nWorking proactively to maximize guest satisfaction, comfort and cleanliness, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution\nDevelops and implements strategies where the housekeeping department metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.\nEffectively manages the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.\nPrepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.\nEstablish and deliver effective programmes that advances service standards, profitability and cost control which may include working with internal and external stakeholders as required, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.\nEnsures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.\n Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of housekeeping experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in an upscale hotel.\nStrong knowledge of guest room and public area cleaning, laundry operations, hygiene standards, and chemical safety.\nAbility to maintain Radisson Blu’s cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction standards.\nExperience in staff supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management.\nAbility to manage departmental budgets, stock, linen, equipment, and costs.\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.\nVery good command of written and spoken English\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
