Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\n Responsible for supervising all air-conditioning systems of the hotel.\nCarries out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipments and machines.\nEnsure that trouble reports are swiftly dealt with.\nRoutine and planned preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.\nBe familiar with HVAC lay out of the hotel.\nConsider economy at all times and ensures all safety practices are followed.\nRecommended minor or major repairs and performs duties necessary for the completion of the job.\nCarries out statutory and safety checks as instructed\nFaults on equipment are to be immediately reported to the supervisor.\nEnsures all relevant log sheets are maintained.\nAttends to day to day problems.\nNotifies supervisor on job completion.\nMeets Yes I Can! service standard.\n Diploma or technical certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units.\n\nProven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead, train, and schedule HVAC technicians effectively.\n\nHands-on experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution using CMMS or maintenance schedules.\n\nSound knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS systems, and energy management practices.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quickly while ensuring minimum guest discomfort.\n\nStrong understanding of health, safety, and fire life safety standards applicable to hotels.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills to work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.\n\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
