Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\n We are seeking a highly motivated and technology-oriented Trainee to support the automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of PMO and governance processes.\nProcess Automation\nSupport the design, development and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.\nCreate and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive business tasks, file consolidation, data cleansing, and report generation.\nAssist in developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and approvals.\nSupport data integration activities between systems through APIs and automated data exchanges (nice to have).\nData Management & Analytics\nSupport the PMO team in maintaining portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and status reports by:\nConsolidating and transforming data from multiple sources using Power Query.\nDesigning and maintaining Excel models, dashboards, pivot tables, and VBA-based automations.\nProducing KPI reporting through Power BI.\nEnsuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.\nJira Administration & Integration (or similar ticketing tool)\nSupport Jira reporting, dashboards, and project tracking activities.\nDevelop solutions using Jira APIs to automate data extraction, updates, and integrations.\nAssist teams in improving the usage of Jira data for portfolio and project management purposes.\nContinuous Improvement\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO processes and reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate existing business processes.\nDrive reporting automation and process enhancements to improve portfolio visibility and decision-making.\nOther\nAbility to prepare draft presentations and meeting minutes.\nUnderstanding of scheduling and coordinating meetings (agendas, follow-ups).\nExperience in organising files and maintaining structured documentation.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid approaches).\nThe description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive.
