The role also involves assisting with tasks that drive operational excellence within the customer contact center.\nThis is a multifunctional position, with the trainee potentially contributing across key areas of the Distribution team, including Contact Center, Distribution Optimization, and Distribution Systems. The role offers flexibility to move between these disciplines based on business needs.\nThe Revenue Distribution Trainee operates in a support capacity within the Commercial function, contributing to revenue optimization through effective distribution management and performance analysis. The role provides foundational exposure to regional commercial strategy and offers development potential within Revenue Management and Distribution career pathways.\nAudits, Quality Management & Reporting - Including but not limited to:\nConduct auditing and identify/report issues for timely resolution of external resource\n\nPerform call/email quality monitoring to ensure service standards are met\n\nSupport the implementation and documentation of operational and system changes\n\nReporting & Analytics\n\nProvide functional support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes\n\nOther general operational support as require\n\nDistribution Optimization - Including but not limited to:\nSupport the coordination and maintenance of distribution across all approved channels, including OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other designated platforms.\n\nMonitor rate parity, inventory allocation, and channel configuration to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.\n\nAssist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes\n\nProvide hotel level support via our centralised ticketing system\n\nCommercial Strategy Support - Including but not limited to:\nSupport the implementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects including, but not limited to, new partner rollouts & distribution activities\n\nPerformance Monitoring - Including but not limited to:\nMonitor the connectivity related performance dashboards with the aim to support the optimization of the performance of connectivity across channels, including troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.\n\nA SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE HAS/IS:\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail\nCommercial awareness\nDetail orientated\nCollaborative team player\nProblem solving ability\nProficiency in Excel and reporting tools.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nEagerness to learn and develop within commercial functions\nIs self-driven and is able to think outside and inside the box\nMinimum education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in hospitality or Business Administration\nFluent English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus\nEligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
