Together, we make Every Moment Matter.\n Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel property.\n\nMonitor hotel premises, including guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, to ensure compliance with security procedures.\n\nConduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems to identify and address potential security risks.\n\nRespond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.\n\nEnsure compliance with hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and health and safety regulations.\n\nPrepare incident reports, maintain accurate security records, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate management.\n\nTrain, coach, and guide security team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.\n\nCoordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective communication and a safe hotel environment.\n\nSupport emergency response procedures, fire safety drills, and crisis management activities.\n\nPromote a culture of vigilance, teamwork, and service excellence while upholding the hotel's standards and values.\n\n Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.\n\nMinimum 2-4 years of security experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, risk management, and hotel safety standards.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents professionally.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest safety and service excellence.\n\nPrevious experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.\n\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
