At Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.\n1.Clean and sanitize all common areas of and around the accommodation, daily, weekly, fortnightly as per the checklist.\n2.Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the Recreation Room.\n3.Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately reported and follow-up on pending maintenance requests.\n4.Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.\nCompetencies & skills requirements\nExperience in a Accommodation cleaner role\nPro-active with a hands-on approach\nPassion for the hospitality industry\nAbility to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered\nAbility to find creative solutions, offering recommendations \nPersonal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence\nStrong communication and listening skills\nGood maintenance skills\nAbility to work collaboratively at all levels within the department\nAn open and positive personality\nAbility to handle challenging priorities and assignments\nMinimum education: National academic qualifications\nMinimum experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources\nLanguage skills: Very good command of written and spoken English\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
