At Radisson Hotel And Convention Centre Johannesburg, O.R Tambo we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.\nAs a Stewarding Supervisor, you contribute expertise, a dedication to excellence in stewarding operations, and a passion for creating a seamless culinary experience for our guests.\nSupports the smooth running of the stewarding department, supporting the kitchen and food & beverage departments to focus on delivering all aspects of the guest food & beverage experience throughout the Hotel to the highest level.\nWorks proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.\nDelivers on plans and objectives where stewarding initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.\nSupervises the stewarding team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department\nAccountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.\nBuilds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.\nTakes ownership of the planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programme to maintain high cleanliness standards and address maintenance matters.\nEnsures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.\n Experience in stewarding\nStrong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.\nCommitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.\nAbility to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required.\nPersonal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.\nExperience of working with IT systems on various platforms\nStrong communication skills\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
