At Radisson Hotel Damac Hills, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.\nTo supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food production areas. The Stewarding Team Leader is responsible for leading the stewarding team, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring smooth support for kitchen and food and beverage operations.\nSupervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across kitchens, dishwashing areas, and back-of-house spaces.\nSupervise stewarding colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.\n\nEnsure the availability of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment for daily operations at all outlets.\n\nMonitor dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.\n\nEnsure compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety, health, and safety standards.\n\nMonitor the correct handling, dilution, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals.\n\nConduct regular inspections of stewarding areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.\n\nMonitor inventory, control breakages, and report shortages or damaged equipment.\n\nTrain and guide team members on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.\n\nEnsure proper waste segregation and promote sustainable practices to minimise waste.\n\nCoordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to support smooth daily operations and special events.\n\nReport maintenance issues, accidents, and operational concerns to the Chief Steward.\n\n Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel stewarding or a similar hospitality role.\n\nPrevious team leader experience is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.\n\nFamiliarity with dishwashing machines, cleaning equipment, and chemical handling.\n\nGood leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.\n\nPhysically fit and able to perform operational duties when required.\n\nFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.\n\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
