Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Oslo Airport and Radisson RED Oslo Airport have more than 500 guest rooms and a total area of approximately 26,000 square metres, the hotels form the largest hotel complex at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. Ideally located within walking distance of the airport terminals, the hotels offer guests both convenience and comfort in a modern setting.
Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Oslo Airport and Radisson RED Oslo Airport are looking for a skilled and proactive Technician to join our team.

As our Technician, you will play a key role in the daily technical operation and maintenance. You will work hands-on, solve problems as they arise, and ensure that our buildings, equipment, and technical systems are safe, reliable, and maintained to a high standard.
In this role, you will:
- Carry out and coordinate day-to-day maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify issues before they become problems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
- Take ownership and follow tasks through from problem to solution
We’re looking for someone with a positive Yes I Can! attitude, an eye for detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in creating great guest experiences. Previous technical or maintenance experience is an advantage, but not essential.
