We value mindset as pivotal: anticipating guest needs, supporting your department, and consistently delivering memorable experiences.\nAs a Training Manager, you infuse our vibrant HR team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach, and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences and organizational growth.\nEnsure the smooth running of Talent, where all areas of responsibility for Learning & Development are managed and delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.\nWorking proactively with all key stakeholders and HR business partners to maximize the team learning & development experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and training/coaching to problem resolution.\nDevelops and implements strategies where key L&D metrics are identified, communicated and delivered, where reports and tracking tools are reviewed and acted upon to ensure that strategies and initiatives are attained or exceeded.\nWorking with key stakeholders, effectively managing and reviewing the training life cycle of the team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.\nOwner of the L&D budget and training plan, where together with management team, ensures development plans and training are aligned with guest service, revenue, operational and business objectives, where the team maximizes their potential and prepares them for future opportunities within the company.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and business partners both internal and external ensuring that all communications and L&D activities are undertaken and delivered in a timely manner.\nReviews and scrutinizes employee development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value to the individual and the company.\nEnsures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.\nCoordinate and secure Industrial Training Fund (ITF) approval for all organizational training plans and development programmes to ensure compliance and eligibility for training rebates and statutory requirements.\n\nProven experience in HR with excellent problem-solving capabilities\nExcellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.\nCommitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry\nAbility to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.\nPersonal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.\nExperienced in using IT systems on various platforms.\nStrong communication skills\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
