Your commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to our team.\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses during assigned shifts.\n\nEnsure smooth daily operations of Hills Pool Deck, maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction.\n\nWelcome and engage with guests, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences.\n\nMonitor service standards, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines.\n\nHandle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.\n\nConduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties according to business levels.\n\nEnsure all orders are accurately entered into the POS system and billing procedures are followed.\n\nMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations.\n\nMonitor inventory levels, coordinate with the bar and kitchen, and report shortages.\n\nTrain, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and upselling techniques.\n\nEnsure upselling of food, beverages, and promotions to maximize revenue.\n\nAssist management in achieving departmental targets and KPIs.\n\nEnsure proper cash handling and closing procedures are followed.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary package - AED 1600\nService Charge Average - AED 700\nAccommodation and transportation provided (Al Khail Gate)\nDuty meals provided\nMedical insurance provided\nAnnual leave and biennial flight ticket as per company policy\nCareer growth opportunities within the organization\n Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant.\n\nPrevious experience in pool bar or outdoor dining operations is preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service.\n\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with POS systems and basic reporting.\n\nAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\n\nWell-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude.\n\n Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?\nLive the Magic of Hospitality - Be part of a team that creates exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
