Our end-to-end solutions portfolio spans from digital endpoints/Embedded Hardware solutions, to disaggregated and open access and core solutions, to immersive digital applications and engagement platforms while our expert services organization delivers full lifecycle services to help service providers build and operate highly scalable and high-performance networks.\nWe are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer - Embedded Hardware Solutions to join our team\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical pre-sales and sales support for Radisys Embedded Hardware products including customer meetings, POC-support, RFQ and RFP responses\nManaging and interpreting customer technical requirements and to articulate the Radisys product, service or solution that best meets their requirements in terms of reliability, scalability, price and delivery\nPartner with Radisys Product Engineering teams to address customer product requirements and create Statement of Work and Functional Requirements documents.\nCreating proposals and quotes with support of Business Unit stakeholders\nAssist in technical assessment of components selected for product configurations to ensure conformance to specifications and facilitate customer acceptance of proposed components\nSupport on-site investigations as needed to help isolate and identify issues reported by the customer\nSkills Required\n10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales support role in Embedded Hardware/platforms industry\nKnowledge and experience supporting Intel X86, GPU architecture.\nKnowledge and experience supporting Embedded hardware platform design\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nStrong presentation skills and interpersonal skills required.\nProven ability to build and grow relationships with customers, partners and internal groups.\nStrong customer facing skills (internal and external), proven ability to read situations and to think strategically.\nAbility to provide and work from a home office located in the region.\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a Computer Science Degree preferred\nOther\nThis position requires a criminal history background check.
