software.\nWe are looking for an experienced engineering leader who can combine strong technical judgment with people leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery responsibility.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and develop software engineering teams across complex client projects\nOwn engineering quality, technical direction, and delivery standards\nGuide architecture, system design, and major technical decisions\nCoach engineering leads and developers and support their professional growth\nWork closely with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions\nImprove engineering processes, development practices, and team effectiveness\nSupport project planning, technical estimation, and delivery risk management\nDrive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams and projects\nContribute to hiring, team structure, and engineering capability development\nRequirements\n10+ years of professional software engineering experience\nEnglish proficiency: minimum B2, ideally C1\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills\nProven experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Technical Manager, or similar senior engineering leader\nStrong technical background in software engineering, ideally with experience in TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar modern technologies\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices\nExperience leading the delivery of complex enterprise software projects\nExperience managing and developing senior engineers and technical leads\nStrong ownership of engineering quality, delivery, and technical decision-making\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools and an interest in driving AI adoption across engineering teams\nExperience in insurance or InsurTech is a strong plus\nWhat’s In
