We build platforms for insurers, such as underwriting portals, agent portals and systems on insurance platforms. Underwriters and agents use them every day; some are in active build, others live in production.\nThis is not a management-only role: you lead the team and still write code most days.\nWhat you’ll do\nTake client projects from the business problem through design, build, release and support.\nBuild backend services, frontends and infrastructure across the full stack.\nSet technical standards and mentor the developers on your team.\nLead client meetings on your own: clarify needs, propose options and agree on next steps.\nOwn testing, CI/CD, releases and production readiness.\nWork directly with client stakeholders, Radity leadership and your team.\nWhat you bring\nStrong hands-on production work in at least two languages, including TypeScript or Python, and a stack you picked up quickly on a project.\nComplex projects you owned end to end, not only parts of them.\nSystem design you can explain, with its trade-offs.\nCalm, clear judgement under pressure and with unfamiliar technology.\nCI/CD, automated testing and cloud deployments you set up yourself.\nDaily, effective use of AI coding tools.\nClient meetings you ran alone, and experience mentoring developers.\nNice to have: AI features built into products; Java.\n\nNot for you if you want to move away from writing code, or prefer heavy process frameworks such as SAFe.\nWhat Radity offers\nIndefinite contract: not tied to the end date of one project.\nFull equipment, paid AI tools and learning budget.\nGlobal team events.\nStartup-style projects for established clients, with real influence on direction.\nPerformance and salary reviews twice a year.\nA growth path that widens as Radity grows.\nHiring process\nAbout 2-3 weeks in total, with no take-home task.
