You'll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, supporting partner growth, executing local marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to generate demand across both direct and indirect channels.\nYou'll be responsible for turning ideas into action, collaborating with central marketing teams while taking ownership of local execution. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, data-driven, creative, and eager to develop deep expertise in a fast-growing technology sector.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDemand Generation & Performance Marketing\nExecute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality B2B leads.\nManage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google Ads.\nSupport SEO initiatives and website conversion optimisation activities.\nMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and ROI.\nUse analytics and insights to continually refine and improve marketing effectiveness.\nCustomer & Content Marketing\nDevelop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.\nWork directly with customers to create engaging marketing content that supports new business growth.\nSupport social media activity and content distribution across relevant channels.\nCreate and localise marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.\nDevelop sales enablement content and marketing collateral.\nPartner & Channel Marketing\nSupport the growth of indirect sales channels through partner-focused marketing initiatives.\nWork closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for partner acquisition and engagement.\nAssist with the launch and promotion of new products and services through partner networks.\nExecute targeted outbound campaigns to support indirect growth objectives.\nWebsite & Brand Management\nSupport the management and enhancement of the US Radius website.\nCreate and maintain product, campaign, and landing page content.\nEnsure local marketing activity aligns with global brand standards.\nUtilise design tools such as Canva to produce high-quality marketing assets.\nCollaboration & Commercial Impact\nPartner closely with Sales, Product, and Central Marketing teams.\nGain a deep understanding of the telematics market, customer journey, and sales process.\nProvide market and competitor insights to support commercial decision-making.\nContribute directly to ambitious growth targets across both direct and indirect channels.\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.\n2-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, telecommunications, mobility, or related sectors.\nHands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.\nStrong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, PPC, social media, and marketing analytics.\nExperience using data to measure performance and make informed decisions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept through execution.\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\nCreative mindset with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.\nDesirable\nExperience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.\nExperience creating customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement content.\nFamiliarity with Canva or other design tools.\nExperience within Telematics, Fleet Management, Mobility, IoT, or Connected Vehicle industries.\nBasic knowledge of SEO and website content management.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing business.
