Als je dit goed doet, haalt het team zijn doelstellingen & groeien de vaardigheden van elk teamlid.\nJouw werkweek bestaat uit de dagelijkse aansturing van het team, het analyseren/evalueren van KPI’s om processen te verbeteren & het opvolgen van doelstellingen.\nJe biedt opleidingen & ondersteuning aan teamleden + draagt zelf bij aan de service voor bestaande klanten.
