You will work closely with RF and antenna, digital and power, compliance, and manufacturing teams, as well as external suppliers and contract manufacturers.\nResponsibilities\nDrive mechanical development from initial concepts and detailed design through validation, tooling approval, and production ramp-up.\nDesign outdoor enclosures, radomes, antenna structures, heat sinks, mounting kits, and brackets for pole, wall, and tower installations.\nPerform thermal, structural, and dynamic analyses, including vibration, wind load, and drop, and validate simulation results against lab measurements.\nDefine and execute mechanical qualification tests, including IP sealing, impact (IK), UV exposure, salt fog, vibration, shock, and temperature cycling. mechanical design experience in electronics packaging, including at least 3 years designing outdoor equipment.\nProven ability to independently own complex mechanical development projects from concept through production.\nAdvanced proficiency in SolidWorks and hands-on experience with thermal and structural simulation tools, such as SolidWorks Simulation, Flow Simulation, ANSYS, or FloTHERM.\nProven DFM/DFA experience with injection molding, die-casting, machining, and sheet metal, including direct collaboration with toolmakers and suppliers.\nStrong knowledge of GD&T, technical drawings, and tolerance analysis.\nExperience with environmental and safety standards, such as IEC 60529 (IP), IEC 62262 (IK), IEC 62368-1, and relevant ETSI/IEC environmental classifications.\nExperience with PLM systems, engineering change processes, and BOM management.\nStrong practical skills in prototype assembly, lab testing, and troubleshooting.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nAdvantages\nMSc in Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience designing telecom or RF equipment, particularly antenna structures, radomes, and EMI shielding.\nExperience with railway or transportation equipment and standards, including EN 50125 and EN 50155.\nExperience working with contract manufacturers in Asia.\nExperience mentoring engineers or providing technical
