This role is particularly suited to a professional with experience in a manufacturing environment who is keen to deepen their understanding of business processes, enterprise applications and digital transformation. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly valued. You will work closely with business users, IT colleagues and external partners to understand business requirements, improve processes and support the implementation of technology solutions across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with Business Users to understand processes and requirements, translating them into practical system and process improvements.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP, cloud platforms and other business applications, including configuration, testing, deployment and user adoption.\nCoordinate with external consultants and technology partners to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budget and quality expectations.\nProvide ongoing support to Business Users, including issue resolution, documentation, end-user training and UAT coordination.\nIdentify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation and digitalization across functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance and Commercial operations.\nDocument business requirements, process flows and functional specifications to support system changes and implementation projects.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.\nGood understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, quality or related functions.\nStrong interest in technology, business applications and digital transformation.\nExperience with SAP or another major ERP platform is highly desirable.\nExperience with ERP, MES, analytics or other enterprise applications would be considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand both business needs and technology solutions.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Business Users, IT teams and external consultants.\nAbility to manage priorities, coordinate activities across multiple
