Core Responsibilities: Contract Drafting -Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure company’s full legal rights Contract Life Cycle Management- Assist Legal Counsel in managing the contracts repository and implementation of life cycle management system. Negotiation- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as Business functions, Regulators, External Counsel, Public Authority etc. Risk Management- Apply effective Risk Management Techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. Communication- Provide clarification on Legal Language or Specifications to the organization. Legal Research- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislationand case law. Provide updates to counsels on any changes impacting the company. Business Integrity- Assist Legal and Compliance Counsel in conducting investigations and implement the Business Integrity program in Pakistan.
