This role supports the Sales team across administration, showroom operations, and order management, playing a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the Wholesale business, from preparing for market to maintaining showroom standards.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about supporting the Sales team to drive the rag & bone wholesale business forward.\nRequirements\nMinimum 1 year of relevant professional experience\nStrong Excel skills\nExperience with order management systems preferred\nPassion for working in the fashion industry\nPrior fashion industry experience preferable\nResponsibilitiesAdmin\nDistribute weekly stock availability reports to all accounts, including agencies\nPrepare and circulate weekly best-seller reports\nUpdate internal sales tracking systems with weekly sales figures.\nProcess documentation for re-orders, credit notes, returns, and product swaps\nCross-check purchase orders against sales order confirmations.\nInput orders during market ready for shipment.\nSend Order Confirmations to accounts.\nSend product barcodes to accounts upon request.\nSend carryover product lists at the end of season.\nSupport the Sales team with additional ad hoc requests, including market appointments and visual merchandising guidelines\nMarketingLiaise with the marketing team to source imagery and product knowledge materials ahead of collection deliveries.\nCreate product knowledge books for key accounts ahead of deliveries.\nCreate buy books once order confirmations have been issued.\nMaintain the master contacts list, including store information, account status, and payment terms.\nCoordinate press sample send-outs and maintain tracking logs\nShowroom AssistanceAssist the Sales team with preparations for London and Paris markets.\nAssist planning for Paris market, prepare to do list.\nBook appointments with existing accounts and reach out to prospective new accounts\nKeep market calendar up to date and keep bookings file updated with appointment notes\nEnsure smooth running of the showroom and efficient changeover between appointments, including assisting with model changeovers.\nMaintaining general showroom standards.\nSamplesManage sample stock and movements\nCoordinate samples and maintain accurate sample tracking logs\nPrepare commercial invoices for sample send-outs and the Paris market.\nProcess and remove dropped styles, communicating changes to agencies\nArranging send outs and collections\n ReordersManage the full reorder process, including tracking unmet orders and following up with the operations team on order status\nKeeping up to date on weekly reorder figures\nDrive in-season sales to achieve monthly reorder
